In these Terms and Conditions "we" and "us" mean Raedan Limited and "you" and "your" means you the customer. These terms and conditions together with your order constitute the entire contract between us and you for the supply of products. No other terms and conditions will apply unless otherwise stated.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

Ordering​

You can place your order through the online shop facility, by emailing info@storyworld.co.nz or by contacting via phone on 021 028 50373. When you place your order an order confirmation outlining details of the items ordered will be sent from the Story World system. By placing an order, you make an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected based on these terms and conditions. We will confirm acceptance of your order when we send you an email confirming shipment of the goods you have ordered. If we cannot process or accept your order after payment is received, we will contact you by email. Raedan Limited reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

Payment​

Raedan Limited accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Direct Bank Deposit. If ordering for an Educational Institute please supply a purchase order number and we will invoice your school or early education centre. Payment for invoices are due 30 days from invoice date. Orders placed on a weekend, or a public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Credit and Debit card payments can be made via the online store or through a payment link that can be sent if requested. Payments are processed via Stripe. All payments are handled by a secure, PCI compliant, third party. Credit Card details are not stored. An invoice will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched, or if payment is made via the online store, a receipt will be issued. Your invoice or receipt is your proof of purchase.

GST​

Raedan Limited is required to be registered for GST in New Zealand therefore all prices include GST.

Prices​

Raedan Limited reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at storyworld.co.nz at any time. Prices listed are correct as on 1st February 2025.

Supply of Products
Subject to these terms and conditions, we will notify you if any product indicated on your order confirmation is not available to supply. In the event of this happening a substitute title will be offered, or the item can be refunded if a substitute is not suitable. When your items have been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and the link to track your package. This email confirms your items have been shipped.

GOVERNING LAW 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpretated in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
